Brian leads Lomonaco Investments and its various partnerships by utilizing his extensive expertise in leading land development and construction management efforts combined with his keen business sense and real estate investment experience. He leads the design and construction efforts for all projects located in the Southeastern U.S. and oversees the execution of project business plans and overall corporate operational matters by managing complex teams consisting of internal team members and a variety of valued contractors and consultants. Brian’s drive for operational excellence has resulted in a consistent and impressive track-record of success. He prides himself on working collaboratively with team members to ensure each project meets or exceeds project development objectives and financial performance expectations.
Laurie Ford

Laurie has partnered with public and private development, homebuilding and investment entities to produce some of the country’s most notable and top-performing mixed-use and planned community projects for over 25 years. In addition overseeing Lomonaco Investment’s overall portfolio, financial performance and capital relationships, Laurie operates as a valued-advisor to development firms, homebuilding entities and land owners by way of her consulting firm, Ford Revelations, Inc. She is a seasoned industry expert with in-depth knowledge of industry drivers and disruptors and possesses an impressive and consistent track record. A recognized expert in mixed-use development, she is a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator for professional conferences.
Jon Ford

Over the course of his 30-year career in land development and construction management,
Jon has overseen the development of residential and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S., with a focus in the southeast regions and the Pacific NW. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of land entitlement, development and construction which translates to an ability to design and implement strategies that optimize project
performance. In addition to Jon’s well-rounded skill set and proven track record, he is a respected advisor, mentor and strategist who pushes internal and external team members to expertly implement complex development strategies that produce a superior level of execution and profitability.
